Pellegrini’s mill builded in 1903, is proud to have over a century grounding corn and buckwheat tradition; it is a third generation family run business, for the artisans men and their experiences are still a vital distinguish element.

It still remain one of the last historical mills in Trentino that are still working and that still produce through a slow and accurate process niche products.

The farm still produce various type of  corn and buckwheat flour, among which the very tasty whole corn flour obtained with local corns red-orange shade, stone grounded according to tradition to preserve its organoleptic qualities.

Not to be missed biscuits and tarts made of corn flour following a traditional recipe that makes them deliciously homemade. Also the artigianal pasta made with corn or buckwheat, light and easy to digest but at the same time exquisite and sauce embracing.
